About me

Who is Namaloca?

Hello, I'm Nadia

Sports physiotherapist and yoga teacher.

As a sports physiotherapist, I understand how your body functions holistically and where its individual limits lie – whether you're experiencing discomfort, recovering from an injury, or are completely new to the mat. With sensitivity and respect, I will guide you towards greater appreciation and acceptance of your body and yourself.

By combining traditional Hatha Yoga teachings with evidence-based physiotherapy, I create a class that is individualized, safe, and body-conscious. If you have neck pain, I will adapt the practice. If there are any injuries or limitations, I will address them directly.

Not every posture suits every body – and that's exactly why there's space.

The balance between strength and relaxation is very important to me.

And your mental stability.

My journey

My journey to becoming a yoga teacher began in Rishikesh (India), the birthplace of many yoga traditions.

India is an adventure. It is loud and chaotic, like our everyday life sometimes – and at the same time there are many quiet and beautiful places where I was able to find peace.

I learned about the origins of yoga and was able to take away valuable new approaches from experienced individuals for myself and my clients.

Body-oriented. Holistic. Long-term. With a blend of medical knowledge and traditional training.

What's important to me is the balance between strength and relaxation, and your mental stability.

I create a space where you can be completely yourself. A space where you don't have to perform. A space where you can work with your body in a mindful way – without pressure.

Whether you've been practicing for years or are stepping onto the mat for the first time: I always create the lesson tailored to your individual needs.
